The swing Fitness System allows golfers to increase strength and flexibility for a stronger, pain free golf swing and enhanced mental fitness. SwingS focuses on conditioning relevant to each position in the golf swing, from the takeaway to the follow through, using a system of repetitive strength and flexibility stretching exercises. Putting Yardsticks
Used by virtually every single player Joe Instructs, These yardsticks are much more then just alignment for eyes, body and feet but also used on the practice greens with the ball positioned on it for roll, path, and ball rotation.

Pro Bars
